Opening Times

Mountford House Nursery is open 50 weeks during the year as follows:

Am- 8.00am-1.00pm

Pm- 1.00pm.6.00pm

Full time 8.00-6.00pm

Funded sessions (for 3years and above)

Am-9.00am-12.00pm

Pm-12.30-3.30pm

Meals

All meals are planned to offer your child a nutritionally balanced diet essential for their growth with fresh food being delivered every day to the Nursery. Alternative options are provided for specific dietary requirements. Meals are cooked on site every day by full time kitchen staff. Menus are planned on a 5 week rota and reviewed every 6 months. All produce is fresh and delivered weekly.

8.00 - 9.00am Breakfast - cereals, toast and a drink.

10.00am Snack - variety of fruit.

11.45am Midday Meal - freshly prepared hot meal and a pudding.

2.00pm Drinks

3.45pm Tea - Hot and cold varieties.

Staff

The nursery is organised by experienced and dedicated staff that have a sound knowledge of the needs of young children. All staff members are CRB checked. They also have additional qualifications such as food hygiene, first aid and child protection. We ensure that staff are trained at NVQ Level 2, 3 and 4.
